Return Policy

Our exchange policy is 14 days from delivery date. All US orders are final sale and return labels cannot be provided.

All refunds are issued to original payment method.

Email your return requests to theoneandonlyboutique@gmail.com with your order number.

If you live in Canada:

The refund will be issued to you once we receive the returned merchandise. All merchandise MUST be unworn. Refund requests will be denied if the items show any signs of wear, smell like perfume, have make up on them, or are dirty. Shipping costs however are NON-REFUNDABLE.
